I wish I would have known about this sports bra a long time ago. Not sure when it was created but it needed to happen years ago. In the 90’s/2000’s when I would work out I would double up on sports bras because I needed something with better support than the average sports bra would give. Then when I had babies I struggled finding a sports bra that was breastfeeding friendly with great support. After my third baby I discovered the She Fit Bra! Hello LOVA! Here is my review on why these beauties are revolutionary.

1. It is customizable to your body and size. Many bras are adjustable on the top but never perfectly. When I was breast feeding I needed a bra I could easily have access to feed by babies. Ideally a front zip with great support. And of course when you’re breast feeding the boobs are bigger than normal and when they are emptied they get smaller too. So this bra is perfect for adjusting because they designed all straps to be velcroed to your tightness and size. Say what?!! Yes! Simply fabulous!
2. Zip up with a lock. They hook and zip in front which makes it awesome for breastfeeding and provides great support.
3. The design and quality is worth every penny. Super great quality and sturdy. It is as good as it looks.
4. Some of the bras have padding and some do not.

The Ultimate: This style has the highest level of support with removable padding. It’s a thicker material and let me tell you, you will be snug as you’ve ever been in a bra! You adjust according to your snug level via straps.

The Flex (below): A medium level of support. It’s a thinner material and has no padding. It’s a lighter option for the body as well. But the same options for velcro strap adjustments.

The Low Impact: Fabric is seamless and it also has removable cups.

The Lounge She Fit: This style is going to be more of a t-shirt like material. There is no velcro straps but there is a front zipper. So this too would be great for breast feeding. Especially those first weeks of breast feeding when you need super soft touch on those nipples! OUCH! The Lounge also has removable cups.

The newest release is called Exhilarate: At the time of writing this I don’t have one yet. They are created for a smaller chest size yet for great support. Stylish, push up style with less bulk. The Ultimate (above) is great for bigger chested. If you are smaller say A/B you will love the Exhilarate. They made it specifically after hearing feedback from smaller chested women. I wear a small in all of their bras if that helps. After having babies my boobs have taken a life of their own. I hardly recognize them LOL. I thought I would be an xs and send it back and stuck with my small.
