When I was young I did not like brussel sprouts. I mean, the way my mom would cook them were mushy and bitter. Not until recently have I discovered how to eat them so they are super tasty. I am a major foodie and I love eating at True Foods, Yardhouse and Flower Child. They make brussels so delicious I had to figure out how they do it.
My friend Courtney gave me this delicious Italian Balsamic Glaze and I used it to make these. This one is from Italy, but I did get one from Trader Joe’s I like as well. It’s similar.
If I have sauerkraut I also add 1/4 cup of it towards the end.
I don’t really measure the ingredients I put in. I just eyeball it. I’m really not a cook, im just creative ! LOL
