This protein shake will give you energy, fill you up and it’s one of those shakes that doesn’t take like a “Green shake.” I was inspired to find a way to make a green shake without it tasting green. I personally love green shakes but many of you kept saying I can taste the green in the shake. So here ya go!
Give it a try and let me know.

Ingredients
Big handful of greens of your choice
1 Drop of Peppermint Essential Oil (maybe more if its not a high quality one)
1 TBLS Cacao Nibs
Ripe Banana (If its super ripe I usually just use half of it for added sweetness and texture)
1 Cup Vanilla Nut or Coconut Milk (Unsweetened) Original Vanilla nut milk usually has sugar added to it.
1 Serving/scoop your favorite Vanilla Protein Powder. You could use chocolate if you want more chocolate flavor.
Ice and maybe a little water to your desired texture
Instructions
Mix the greens and milk in a high-quality blender. I use the Vitamix worth every penny if you use it every day.
After the greens and milk are blended, add the ice, protein powder and oil.
Once that is blended, add Cacao nibs on low for 10 seconds. You don’t want them super blended into the shake.
What can I say I love my greens and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand how powerful they are for our bodies. I put greens in my kids shakes as well and try and get creative with them!
This is a great shake when wanting that ice cream but you know you shouldn’t! Try it and let me know what you think. It’s one of my favorites!
