These are DELICIOUS!!

I love them so much. I used Betty Rocker’s recipe and adapted it to pumpkin spice land! Using this pumpkin spiced greek yogurt, pumpkin puree and some pumpkin spice seasons makes it super festive.

I also use a little of this maple butter from Trader Joes. The cinnamon bun spread wasn’t needed but it was delicious to try with it too. I’m still deciding what to with the cinnamon bun spread. I LOVE me a delicious cinnamon roll. Maybe I’ll come up with a “healthier version” (is that even possible?) Sometimes you just need the real thing as a treat.

I prepare all my dry ingredients in many bags for quick prepping. When I do this it makes it super quick to make these. I dump the ingredients in a bowl and add the wet ingredients in a few minutes and pour on skillet. These can be made in 10 minutes when doing this. Check out this post here to see how I do that.
