Healthy Smoothie Recipes for Kids.

I don’t know about you but I really don’t want anymore dishes to do, meals to prep but… I love to eat healthy. The best thing I ever did was learn how to be a Blender Queen! Eat healthy, feel healthy and be healthy.

Yes I am the Smoothie Queen! I have created some of the best and easy smoothie recipes. Smoothies are the best way to get tons of nutrients inside your body with less dishes and prep work. My kids drink them and it’s a great way to fill their tummy’s up with good quality nutrition quickly without a ton of prep work or mess to clean up.

Here is one of my favorite go to smoothie recipes.

THE RED CARPET

1 CUP STRAWBERRIES 1⁄2 RIPE BANANA

1 CUP ALMOND MILK

1 COOKED BEET (I BUY THESE IN THE FRIDGE SECTION (ALREADY COOKED) AT THE GROCERY STORE IN FRIDGE SECTION)

HANDFUL OF CHOPPED CELERY 1 CUP CRUSHED ICE

OPTIONAL FOR EXTRA MUSCLE FUEL (ADD HANDFUL OF GREENS OR VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER)

Getting creative with smoothies is fun and my kids love it as well. This is one of my favorites because of the sweetness from the berries and beets and heartiness of celery and protein.

Another super secret ingredient I will put in shakes is frozen riced cauliflower. I add this in every time I make one of my kids a smoothie.
