Lot of questions on my Insta this week about the protein berry pancakes I’m in love with. So here ya go.
I have tried so many different “protein pancakes” and this one I discovered from Bree Argetsinger “The Betty Rocker” not too long ago. I love a lot of her eating tips and this one is one of my super fav’s! Make sure to check her out as she has tons of great resources on fitness and eating healthy.
A lot of people ask me how I learn to eat healthier choices. Honestly, it’s just learning from others. Eventually you come up with your own creative ideas. Eating out at healthy places also gives me new ideas too.
I’ve been eating these pancakes almost every day lately. I prep the little bags with all the dry ingredients like this,
Prep work is crucial in successfully eating healthier. By measuring out the dry ingredients it makes the pancakes quicker to get on the grill and get in my mouth! I do modify the recipe a little bit. I don’t love the nutmeg in it so I put cinnamon instead and a dash of nutmeg. I top it with Oui greek yogurt and fresh berries. I also put wild frozen blueberries in them while cooking on the grill.
