Let’s talk Sports Bras!

The hottest question I’ve been getting this week is what sports bra are you wearing?

Listen, it’s really hard to find a good bra that I can work out in with strong support for the ta ta’s! Especially one that is “breastfeed accessible.” I’m hesitant to share sports bras because we all have different boobies! But … because of that, I have found one that I think is super moldable to each shape.

The first one is this one here. It has amazing coverage and is super nice quality. It’s full coverage and great support for those jumping, running HIIt type of workouts. If you use the link provided here you can get $10 off your first order. It’s worth ever penny! It literally has velcro around the ribs and the top so you can adjust the fit. You know how you want the bra to always feel a little tighter or snug even though it supposably “fits” well.. this one you can do that too! Go get ya one. You’ll love it. This second one I like too for moderate workouts like lifting and just everyday wear. It’s called The Muscle Milk Bra and you can find it here. I love the shimmery material and the back of it. It’s velcro on the top straps so its super accessible to feed baby. I’m not going to go run or go jumping with it on, but I love it for lifting or yoga. If you have a smaller cup size I think it would be ok to run around in. I’m a 34 D while breast feeding if that helps.
