All I know is there something about having fabulous activewear to get “dresses up” for the part. You know how you feel when you get all fancy to go out with your girls or husband or wherever? You act different, you walk different, you show up better! Put on some fabulous athleisure and you’ll do that “ONE MORE REP!”
These bras and pants are all the rage when I wear them. I get more people taking down where I got them than anything else so I needed to share with all of you.
The bras I wear for swimsuit/bra and wear them for both. Love them! Great coverage and support and super facy. It’s almost like wearing an evening gown but to work out. The navy is are called a “bra” and the animal print and watercolor one are under swimsuits. I think the swimsuit is a little different material but not by much. For reference I got a small. I am in between an x-small and a small and I think the small is a better fit for me in this one. They are from a company called Kiava. The navy one is a “bra” and the other two are “swim tops.” I wear them each for both working out and at the pool.
The support is great. I have some other one shoulder bras and the support is light. This is made very high quality with great support and with the fashionista in mind. Go get yourself one here. and here for the bra prints.
These leggings are super fab. They are from Love Her Shop. If you’ve been plugged into my content for a while you know I like to find a deal! These are a great price point that I prefer to spend on leggings. Every single time I wear the bras and leggings I get stopped at least 3 times asking me where they are from. Go get you some! The blue ones above, these purple ones and the hot pink ones are all the same legging.
Ok, now on to back to school life. Not sure what your morning routine is like but 75% of the time I am doing the mom life thing on my own. My husband is a pilot so he’s gone more than he’s home. Needless to say my mornings I get 3 kids out the door at 7:15. Often times breakfast needs to happen quick. One of my favorite things to make them is a smoothie. It is probably the healthiest meal they get in a day, it fills them up and it’s portable. This week my sons had their smoothies in the car because it was the easiest way to get them food quick. Recently I check out a restaurant in Charlotte called Living Kitchen. I had a bad first impression so I walked out and went across the street to Indaco. I thought I would give Living Kitchen a second chance because maybe the employee is human and maybe she was overworked and tired so I gave her grace and went back for the second try a few days later. It’s a Vegan restaurant so super healthy. Here is my salad.
Loved the dressing so much I bought some to take home. It was the maple mustard dressing. The salad was as good as it looked however, I realized I REALLY need me some meat! LOL I love steak, salmon and chicken with my salads. So I was still hungry and went home and grilled a piece of chicken! ha! True story. I will try another menu item there another time and let ya’ll know. They have other options that looked more filling.
