The Best Make Up Brushes

I was so tired of my wood makeup brushes breaking. You know, the ones you spend $30-$40 for. So….

I bought some cheaper ones because I felt like if they were going to break, might as well find some other “wood” brushes. They broke even quicker. I was definitely in the market to find some new makeup brushes when I discovered these beauties!

HELLO BEAUTIES with major exponential function (double sided) and won’t break your beauty budget. #beautywin

These double ended brushes are made with thoughtful and beautiful design. Not only are they beautiful they are brilliantly double sided which mean more for your money! I have had them for four years and they have not broke or shed on my face.

Here are some of my favorites, where to get them, and what I love to do with them.

The Buff Brush: great for most coverage and building coverage.

The HAC Brush: Best versatile brush

I love these two above for foundation, specifically the Seint 3D foundation. The HAC brush is a great option if you can only get one. The Buff brush is great for full coverage and to build your foundation coverage. Shop brushes here.

This beauty above is called The Blend Brush. A must have brush for everything! You can use this brush for a light foundation application, concealer, contour, eyeshadow, and illuminator. I love it for the powder illuminator to create that gorgeous highlight under above your blush. My favorite illuminators/highlighters are here. Shop The Blend Brush here.

I LOVE this brush for that perfect contour! It is designed to get that chisled effect with your contour. Think chisled nose, forehead and cheeks. Check out contour colors here and how the 3d contouring foundation works here. Not sure what colors to get? Make sure to get your free color match here and I will personally help you out.

The Blush and Bronzer Brush

This brush is not only great for blush and bronzer but I love to put my 3d highlight foundation color on with it for medium coverage. This is a must in your makeup tool belt. I put my blush on with the small side and bronzer and blend with the larger side. You can set your make up with a light application of setting powder as well. Shop the Blush and Bronzer brush here.

Smoke out your color and soften your eyeliner as well as applying color on lids.

The Eyeshadow Brush: Must have for blending

The Line Brush: fabulous for lining your eyes and brushing your brows

The Multi-tasker is fabulous for detailed color

These eyeshadow brushes are all great for blending, lining, and creating that flawless look you are looking for. Make sure to check out Vangela’s Eyeshadow School here if you are looking to up your eyeshadow skills. To shop all these brushes click here.

Lastly, you must learn to clean these beauties! Don’t invest the money in brushes if you aren’t going to take good care of them. Here is my favorite brush cleaner. It not only clean and conditions the bristles, it smells pretty much like candy! PLUS.. they are dried immediately! A super bonus!

How to clean them?

Simply grab a paper towel and spray a few sprays onto the bristles and wipe on towel and they are immediately dried. My favorite part is that they are dried and ready to use. Shop Houdini brush cleaner here.

One other brush cleaning product I like is the brush cleaning tile.

It’s amazing for removing color from your brush so you can switch between shades while doing your makeup so you don’t have to switch brushes! Brilliant! Get your brush cleaning tile here.

Hope that helps you out. Now share this with a friend who needs this goodness and don’t forget to include yourself in my newsletter.
