During the cold months I eat warmer foods more often. I love a good bowl of oats after a good workout. I load up my oats with all sorts of creative toppings. One of my favorite toppings is pomegranates.

This oatmeal is loaded with nutrients, protein and carbs which means you will have great energy after eating it!
