Oatmeal Bowl’s

I love me some delicious warm oatmeal! But it has to be doctored up with fancy toppings! Inside this blog post you are going to see how I make my oatmeal bowls.

Start with an oatmeal without anything else in it. No microwave flavored kinds! I love Coach’s Oats. I get them at Costco when I go to Phoenix because the “local” Costco doesn’t carry them. I just discovered you can get them here online so I will be ordering some NOW! They are so nutty and delicious! Like Steel Cut Oat Groats which are the best however they don’t take as long to cook which is a super plus.

Then you need to think about what kind of oatmeal you want. For example below is a “peanut butter jelly” bowl. It has protein nut butter, fresh blackberries and vanilla protein and cinnamon.

I often top my steaming bowl with a “fancy nut butter.” Here are a few of my fav’s I always have in my pantry!

Then I add fresh fruit. I don’t like frozen fruit in my oats because it melts into the bowl and ruins the whole thing!

I like to add a protein powder as well.

Then I also love to sprinkle cinnamon and cut up fresh apples too.

Sometimes top with nuts too for a little crunch! Or some coconut!

So choose your oats, pick some fruit, add some nut butter, maybe a little protein powder and you’re good to go!

Here is a “pumpkin spiced bowl.” Canned Pumpkin, Vanilla Protein Powder, Pumpkin Spice and Nuts N More nut butter.

i also love to top the oatmeal bowl with this Ezekiel grains for a little crunch. You can always do granola as well.

Now get out there and make yourself a delicious bowl of protein oats!

Until next time Gorgeous,
